FAQs

  • Do you offer local pickup?

Yes I do! I can meet up with you at Pip Coffee & Clay in Phoenix, AZ. If we work at the same company, I can drop off pieces there as well.

  • When can I meet to pickup my piece?

Let’s meet! You will need to coordinate a time with me either through Instagram DM or email at zephyrcohandmade@gmail.com. I’m typically available after 5:00 on week days but I have some flexibility.

  • Do you offer returns?

Due to the tricky nature of shipping ceramics, I cannot accept returns.

  • I'd like a custom piece! Can I request one?

Yes! Though whether I’m able to accept a commission is based on my current schedule and workload. You can request a custom piece through instagram DM or email. The more details you’re able to provide, the better! Information such as mug size, shape, a photo with a color palette, etc. is all extremely helpful. The turnaround time for custom pieces varies, but most can be expected within 1-2 months if I have time to take on you request.

  • Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?

MOST of my ceramics are both dishwasher and microwave safe and will say so in the listing. If they are not, there will be a clear warning on the listing. Even for dishwasher safe pieces, I highly recommend gently handwashing with soap and water to increase the longevity of your piece of art.

  • Shipping costs lot, is that normal?

This site seems to consistently overestimate the price of shipping. This is something I’m actively working on. In the meantime, if the actual shipping cost of your order is less than what you paid, I will refund you the difference to the form of payment you used for the order.

  • I have a piece that broke in transit :( What happens now?

It’s pretty uncommon for a piece to break in transit due to the method I use for packaging my ceramics; however, it does happen! and this is something I have no control over (though I wish I did). If this happens, contact me for a coupon code that can be used for future orders.

  • Why are your cats so cute?

They are the direct descendants of tiny gods and therefore their cuteness is beyond explanation.
